I'm a Silicon Valley investor, advisor, and operational executive with a track record in applied innovation and deep industry, GTM, and technical expertise. I assess as well as advise/coach startups (from early seed to growth stage) and advise and connect investors, executives, corporate, academic, and government partners. I'm an EIR at Plug and Play (an external advisor), in addition to my day job at the Stanford University School of Medicine (See Stanford's conflict of interest policy if you are interested in constraints on my engagements and engagement models).
Here are a few of the startups I have gotten to know up close. As these were all very early stage, some have "evolved" or gone quite, so apologies if links have gone dead unbeknownst to me. Contact me through LinkedIn if you want to be introduced to the founders or if you want to learn more about these companies, or how I work with startups, investors, incubators, accelerators, or government agencies that promote the startup ecosystem. In addition to the companies mentioned here, I have worked with a number of early-stage companies that don't have a visible web presence, either because they are in stealth mode or because they have moved on/pivoted/stalled. But that's all part of the game, I suppose.
